Here at Officense, we pride ourselves on the fact that our offices, meeting rooms, and conference rooms are private and secure for our clients. All offices are equipped with blinds covering the door, and all windows that can be open and closed as you please. Our rooms also offer great sound proofing, so what is said in the room, stays in the room. All doors can also be locked from the inside, with only our receptionists having access in case of emergency. Can I Record in an Officense Meeting Room?
For depositions, interviews, or even just an important meetings, Officense welcomes you to bring any camera’s you want to use. Officense has plenty of experience working with clients who must record sensitive meetings. We have tables that allow for cables to feed through or under, as well as an numerous amount of sockets and extension cables if you need to plug in more than a couple cables. Our small and large conference rooms are also equipped with smart tvs and white boards you can use to project and relay anything necessary to aid the process of your meeting. Our receptionist are also always available to help in any ways they can, including printing or scanning any documents.
Pricing on Officense Meeting Rooms
For members, our small conference room is $55 per hour. This room has a table equipped for 6 people, one whiteboard, one smart tv, and has plenty of space to walk around and adjust as necessary. Our large conference room is $65 per hour, and this room has a table equipped for 14 people, along with two whiteboards, and one smart tv. Our standard offices, for 3 people, are $25 per hour, and are equipped with chairs, a filing cabinet, and desk drawers. We also offer usage after-hours, this being anytime before 9:30am and anytime after 5pm. The rates along with getting access to the building can be discussed anytime with a member of our staff.
